PK 555 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to PK 555, operated at pk555.run. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and PK 555. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature on the pk 555 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the pk 555 platform — the website, games, promotions, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any other services we provide. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use PK 555, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 555 strictly prohibits minors from accessing the platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your specific location before registering.
• You must be acting as an individual in your own capacity — not on behalf of a third party or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a PK 555 employee or associated partner company.
• You must not have been previously excluded or permanently banned from the PK 555 platform.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on PK 555. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by device, payment method, IP address, or any other identifier — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. PK 555 uses this information for account verification, payment processing, and customer support. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk 555 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PK 555 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Verification (KYC)

PK 555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time we consider it necessary. Standard KYC documents include a CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID. We may also request proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Payments

PK 555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following local payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR — no foreign currency conversion is required or applied.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• PK 555 does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that you own and are authorised to use. Using payment methods belonging to other people is not permitted.
• PK 555 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawing your winnings from PK 555 is straightforward, but please read the following conditions carefully.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. If that is not possible, we may request an alternative verified method.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes of approval. IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• Your account must pass KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Incomplete verification will delay withdrawals.
• PK 555 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or when unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Withdrawal Review

PK 555 may place a withdrawal on review if there are reasonable grounds to investigate the account for policy violations, suspected fraud, or unmet bonus conditions. In such cases, we will notify you by email and attempt to resolve the review within 5 business days.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PK 555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on PK 555 is 25x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling at least Rs 25,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate — usually 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited unless stated otherwise. Bonuses not used or wagered within the validity period are automatically forfeited. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed.
• PK 555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a promotion, PK 555's decision on the correct resolution is final.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on PK 555 are provided by internationally licensed game studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's certified configuration. PK 555 cannot and does not alter game outcomes.

• Game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical cards and equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that prevents a round from completing correctly, the affected bet will be returned to the player's balance. Any winnings from a malfunctioned round are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• PK 555 reserves the right to void winnings from any game round in which a technical error or system fault can be demonstrated to have affected the outcome.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

8. Refer a Friend

PK 555's Refer a Friend programme allows existing verified members to earn PKR rewards by inviting new players to register and deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The referred player must be a new user who has never previously registered on PK 555.
• The referred player must complete registration using your unique referral link or code, verify their account, and make a qualifying deposit.
• Referral rewards are credited after the referred player's qualifying deposit has cleared and met any minimum deposit threshold specified in the current referral programme terms.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create a second account — are strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as self-referrals will be closed and all associated rewards forfeited.

9. Responsible Gaming

PK 555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot register new accounts. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PK 555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual.
• Using false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are obtained through fraudulent means.
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed software error will be voided.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to obscure the source of funds transacted through PK 555.
• Attempting to circumvent PK 555's self-exclusion systems by registering new accounts during an active exclusion period.

11. Privacy & Data

PK 555 collects and processes your personal data to operate the platform, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. By registering on PK 555, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with licensed payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers strictly as required to operate the platform. All data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Submit such requests to support@pk555.run. Note that certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance reasons even if an account is closed.

12. Liability

PK 555 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we maintain a target uptime of 99.9%, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability.

PK 555 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Platform downtime or temporary unavailability.
• Losses sustained as a result of genuine gameplay outcomes — the house edge is a known and disclosed part of all casino games.
• Third-party payment provider delays or errors.
• Loss of access due to your own failure to maintain account security.
• Any inaccuracy in information you provided at registration that prevents successful verification or payment processing.

PK 555's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or claim is limited to the net deposit amount in the player's account at the time of the incident.

13. Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your PK 555 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@pk555.run. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding bonus wagering requirements noted. Once a closure request is confirmed, the account will be deactivated and you will not be able to reopen it without contacting support.

Closure by PK 555

PK 555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of a Terms violation, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or any other legitimate reason. In cases of suspected policy violation, account balances may be held pending investigation. Players will be notified of closure decisions via their registered email address.

Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. PK 555 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied. The balance can never be reduced below zero by dormancy fees.

14. Amendments to These Terms

PK 555 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version at pk555.run/terms-conditions with a new effective date and may send a notification to your registered email address.

If you continue to use the PK 555 platform after changes come into effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

For changes that significantly affect player rights — such as changes to bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal conditions — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the new terms take effect.
